In poker, etiquette refers to the respectful behavior displayed by players at the table.
Like many other games, poker has a number of unwritten rules that should be followed at all times so as not to take away from the enjoyment of playing the game.
The unwritten rules of etiquette include avoiding things like hit and running, slow rolling opponents, and berating players or dealers (like the cat in the meme below is about to do after losing a hand).
EXAMPLE “Talking about a hand whilst it’s still in play is bad poker etiquette.”
