ABC Poker refers to when a players takes conventional lines and plays in a predictable manner.
They will usually play tight aggressive (TAG), and not deviate much from this style of play, choosing to play their strong hands fast, and not get involved in the pot with mediocre holdings.
An ABC playing style can do well against weaker opponents (i.e. $1/$2 live games and micro stakes games online), but it’s exploitable against good players.
